myrealtyca.com does not collect consent to receive text messages, and our website forms have no text-message checkboxes. Giving us your phone number, or submitting a form, does not sign you up for text messages and is not consent to receive them. When you contact us, we may reply by phone or email. If you text us or one of our agents first, we may reply by text in that conversation; that does not enroll you in any text messaging program, and STOP is honored. Any appointment reminders from our online scheduling provider depend on the options you select there and the terms of that provider.

If we start a text messaging program, we will ask for your separate, express consent before sending you any messages under it. We will update these Terms first, describing the program, its message types and frequency, and how to opt out. Consent to receive text messages will never be a condition of buying any property or service from us.

These Terms cover real estate communications from My Realty Company, Inc. (DRE #02161424) only. Mortgage services are provided by My Realty Company, Inc. dba My Mortgage Company (NMLS #2263210) through mymtgco.com, under its own privacy policy and SMS terms. Real estate and mortgage text messaging are separate programs that would each need their own consent; consent to one does not cover the other. Mortgage text messaging is not active.

We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by email or phone. After you opt out you may receive one message confirming it, and no further text messages will be sent to you from that number unless you later give new express consent.

Message and data rates may apply to any text message you send or receive. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Your phone number and records of our communications are kept as business records, and opt-out requests are kept so we can continue to honor them. For complete details, including retention, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and are not responsible for the content of our messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time, and will do so before any text messaging program starts. Changes are shown by the “Last Updated” date above. A change to these Terms is never, by itself, consent to receive text messages.
